EDX is a cybersecurity resource platform. Free tools, a knowledge base, learning courses, and device analysis — all built to help people understand and protect themselves online. But the name EDX didnt start here.
EDX originally stood for Elite Deadzone Xaviers. In 2019, it was a Discord group founded by someone who went by the name Devil. The group targeted servers on Discord that were hosting illegal content — grooming networks, trafficking hubs, predator communities. They were good at it, and they grew fast.
By late 2019, Devil had brought together over 100 similar groups under a coalition called the Nobel Nuking Nations (NNN). At its peak, the coalition had over 30,000 people involved. EDX itself had around 3,000 members. Their TikTok account, which documented some of their operations, hit over 500,000 followers.
This went on for about three years.
On April 17, 2022, Devil sent that message to every EDX and NNN channel. Over the next few hours, all the servers were deleted. Accounts were wiped. Everything was gone. There was no warning, no gradual shutdown — just a clean break.
The only thing left was the TikTok account, which had been renamed to Tyrant Softwares. That name now serves as the protective entity behind this platform.
Two years later, in 2024, EDX came back — but as something completely different. The person who ran the original group, now going by PrenZ, rebuilt EDX as a cybersecurity education platform. No raiding, no Discord warfare. Just tools, knowledge, and resources for people who want to learn how to stay safe online.
The skills are the same — understanding how systems get compromised, how people get manipulated online, how networks get exploited. The difference is that now all of that knowledge is pointed in the opposite direction. Instead of breaking things apart, its teaching people how to protect themselves.
The whole platform was built by one person. No team, no funding, no corporate backing.

Staff system, admin infrastructure, and site redesign. Still free, still growing.
Because the stuff that EDX used to deal with — people exploiting others online, illegal content networks, manipulation tactics — thats still happening. The difference is most people dont know how it works, and not knowing is what makes them vulnerable.
This platform exists to fix that. Everything on here is free. No paywalls, no premium tiers, no data harvesting.
All tools run client-side in your browser — no data is sent to servers unless you explicitly use features that require an account. User authentication is handled securely, and all security protections are built in-house.
EDX operates under the protection of Tyrant Softwares — the name that was left behind when the original EDX was shut down. Its the connection between what EDX was and what it is now.
